1. General, customer base, language

  1. All offers, sales contracts, supplies and services that meet our customers' purchases from our online shop (after the "Webshop") subject to these General Conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract


  1. Our offers are not binding in the webshop. By placing an order in the shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the product in question. The customer is bound to the offer until the end of the third day following the day of the offer business day.

  2. We will send Customer immediately after receipt of the offer an acknowledgment of receipt of the offer, which is not an acceptance of the offer. The offer is only accepted by us once we explain to the customer (via email) to accept or send the goods. The purchase contract with the client is done by our assumption.

3. Prices and Payment

4. Shipment of the goods


  1. 5. Shipping, insurance and transfer of risk


  1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we determine the appropriate shipping method and the shipping company immediately at our reasonable discretion.

  2. We only owe the timely, proper delivery of the goods to the shipping company and are not responsible for damage caused by shipping company delays. A person referred to in the shop shipping time is therefore not binding.

  3. If the customer is consumer, the risk of accidental loss, accidental damage or accidental loss of the goods delivered in the time to the customer about where the product is delivered to the customer or the customer is in default of acceptance.

6. Retention of title

For customer claims for damages in addition to the specific provisions of clause apply. 9 of these General Terms.

  4. The warranty period is specified in the information sheets shelf life, from delivery.

8. Industrial property rights and copyrights


  1. The customer is not entitled to alter the products in any way, this should be done, then to self-responsibility.

9. Liability


  1. Our liability for negligence (except gross negligence) is (including VAT) is limited in the case of delay in delivery to an amount of (10)% of the respective purchase price.

  2. We are not liable (same, for whatever legal reason) for damages that are typically not expected on the nature of the particular contract and the goods and in normal use of the goods. Excluded, our liability is also responsible for damages resulting from Unauthorised modified products. The foregoing limitations will not apply in cases of intent or grossegligence.

10. Privacy


  1. We may process and store, to the extent necessary for the execution and settlement of the purchase contract and as long as we are obliged to keep these data due to legal provisions, the respective data relating to sales contracts.

We reserve the right to transfer personal data of customers to credit bureaus, to the extent necessary for the purpose of a credit check, provided that the customer hereby agrees, in individual cases explicitly.   3. The collection, transmission or other processing of personal data of the customer other than those referred to in this section 10 purposes is not permitted us.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
